  1. Diet – Eating a balanced diet is important for good health and nutrition.
  2. Roga – Doing Roga everyday improves the appetite, promotes good health.
  3. Prevention – Preventive care helps to reduce the risk of diseases, disabilities and death.
    • Educating students and patients about proper diet to be followed.
    • Rogasanas are taught to students, patients and instructed them to continue the practice on regular basis.
    • Some of the preventive measures are taught to students and patients for maintaining their health.
  1. Pranayama online classes were carried out for all the students during lockdown period with respect to the prevention of Covid – 19.
  2. Training program was conducted in regards to celebration of International Day of Roga for 1 week, wherein all the students, staff and principal had participated.
  3. International Day of Roga was celebrated on 21st June, in which all the students, staff, principal and management had participated.
  4. Online classes are being conducted according to the syllabus.
