Pain (VAS 9/10) and swelling of the Rt lower limb, from ankle joint till knee joint.	Pain and swelling reduced from VAS-9/10 to 2/10

Case of photo-phyto-dermatitis:

The patient was a k/c/o of photo-phyto-dermatitis from last 18 years and was on continuous steroids because of which patient was diagnosed with steroid induced DM	The papule formation reduced.
The patient had severe burning, papules formation with pus and rupture.	Burning and itching reduced upto 50%
Itching all over the body,Crest formation and discoloration of the skin all over the upper limb, lower limb and face and neck.	The skin became clear as compared to before , we could see very few blackish crests
The patient was severely constipated.	The patient had regularization of the bowel
